Two of my favorite animals are horses and dogs. I know they can get along and often do. However, I love both of them and for different reasons. Horses, for their physical beauty, grace (given their immense size) and the power they exude.  I truly believe that dogs are one of God’s best creations, based on their unconditional love, companionship, and ability to emotionally connect with humans. While I believe that adulthood brings valuable experience and wisdom, I also think that we yearn for the elements of childhood innocence that we may have lost. By embracing childlike wonder, curiosity, and creativity, we can also benefit from these qualities and enrich our lives. Although I am more of a dog person, I love the innocence of this kitten and how she thinks that she is hiding. This is Winnie, my niece's kitty.
