While I believe that adulthood brings valuable experience and wisdom, I also think that we yearn for the elements of childhood innocence that we may have lost. By embracing childlike wonder, curiosity, and creativity, we can also benefit from these qualities and enrich our lives. Although I am more of a dog person, I love the innocence of this kitten and how she thinks that she is hiding. This is Winnie, my niece's kitty.

Most of us settle into routine—but some of us keep exploring, and that makes a big difference in how we age.

Even learning something we may never use can stretch our minds and open new pathways. It’s a reminder to stay curious. And just as important, we need to give ourselves permission to play—to laugh, to be silly, to enjoy the moment—just like kids and pets do so naturally.

Cute video! 😍😽

Love,
